Upgrading to NF12 on a new computer

I have been using NF10 for my website but now am getting a new laptop. I have purchased NF12 because i figured it was time to upgrade. Now when trying to export my site from NF10 as a template to import in NF12 on my new laptop, i get errors saying that a bunch of assets are missing from my site so the export fails. What can i do to transfer my site to NF12 on my new laptop?
