v 7.5 -- local publish works, rest doesn't

HI -- I need to post/publish my old website (changed web hosting). It's a site I made years ago. The images don't show up in the regular pages of NOF, but the "local publish" version is complete.

How can I use the local publish version (saved in user sites, local publish) to recreate a working version that I can edit or more importantly, publish to the web. Is there a way to publish the local version directly?

I reviewed the files on my local machine, and they worked fine. i sent these files to the web and the software added a new directory link to url of the file. it wont work on the web.

this is absolutely unacceptable. all the messagea i am seeing here are errors in programming and it all started when the software was sold to the current owner!
