Allow for the creation/assignment of IDs for Hidden Form Fields.

Currently NOF only generates the NAME and VALUE attributes for Form Properties --> Hidden Fields.

This can be inconvenient for those of us that work with the DOM. We either have to create input boxes and hide them, or some other workaround.

Thank you for addressing some of the ID issues with Update #3!

Hi! Thanks so much for this helpful information, that you posted here in this forum! But what about studying, this is my 3nd time using this https://www.litreview.net/ website and it never fails me.
