HELP PLEASE! Adding 'CONTACT US' email form

Hi all,

Would desperately appreciate help with the above !?!
Have never attempted a 'Contact Us' page before although have used forms and
submit buttons in the past - Building a website for my husband at
www.ljsgasandheating.co.uk and having real problems with creating this page.
As you can see from the website, I have added 'Form labels' Form Fields and
a 'Submit button, but it does not seem to work!! I have changed the layout
section to a form, but cannot understand, really, what information regarding
email addresses for my husbands website, I am supposed to put and where?!?

I would be so grateful if someone would be kind enough to point me in the
right direction and give me an 'Idiot's' guide to adding a 'Contact Us'
page, please..... I have spent sooooooo much time going over and over the
tutorials and Help contents that I am now more confused than ever!!!!!

IF this seems too daunting a task you can use a 3rd party form to email processing site like 123contactform.com. Here is another tutorial that covers how to use their service within a Fusion site project:
