PayPal buttons not working right

I'm busy migrating my website to a new host, and everything's all screwed up. I also upgraded to NOF12, so there are problems there as well. Please see the URL:

Note that I create each item within a text box; when there are two PayPal buttons in a text box, the first won't work, but the second one will. When there's only one item in a text box, it won't work!

I've played with this, and can't figure out what's wrong. Any suggestions?

EDIT: PayPal told me what's wrong, but I don't know how to fix it: how do I add the tag (bold, below)? The tag is already in the "Text Properties" HTML. Adding another </form> tag there doesn't work!

EDIT: Fixed it.
I had the text boxes also listed as a form. Unchecked that box, and the problems went away.
