Could not connect when publishing!

Using NetObjects Fusion 8 and no problems for years, then one day when trying to publish current page, it says it could not connect. I've tried everything! Checked connections, etc. I can get online, etc. Just this program won't connect to www.burkesville.com

Having the same problem connecting and publishing - totally out of the blue this time. No software changes or password or setting changes with my Earthlink website. And apparently no help from this forum??
