Netobject Fusion 9 question

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to post a question, but:

My website is currently on an older laptop that uses VISTA and has Fusion 9. I've saved the website on a thumbdrive and I'm trying to open the website on a newer laptop that has Microsoft 7, but I get a message saying "This file was created using a later version of NetObject Fusion and cannot be opened. Please upgrade to the latest version of NetObject Fusion."

When I first created the website, I was using an older version of Fusion. Several years ago I upgrade to version 9. I did not have any problems. How can I open my website on my new laptop and be able to see all photographs and information. I would think all I have to do is save it on a thumbdrive and open on the new computer if both computers have Fusion 9.

I contacted the help center, who told me to:

"Please go ahead and download and install manually the latest version of NetObjects Fusion 9: http://netobjects.com/html/9_1_5039.html
Try then to import again the site."

This has not fixed the problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

make sure the new laptop has the latest NOF9, update5 is the latest update
