It is indeed NetObjects Fusion - version 12.5. This has some added bugs and show-stoppers just for Joe.
Don't know what the differences are between "our" NOF v12.3 and "their" v12.5. Although I have the right to install Website Creator, I don't want to mess things up with NOF 12 on the same machine.

There should be no problem installing both, as long as each is in it's
own directory/folder.
This was so late last year when earlier versions were on the same
machine here.
Just make sure that each opens and writes back to it's own files, not
the others.
