Default anyone know how to embed a "talking head" spokesperson video to a home page?

I have a flash video and want to add it to my home page and have it run automatically when
the home pages loads. Does anyone know how to do this?
    Thanks,
    Mike

Just use the flash component in NoF.

I'll give it a whirl, but it seems like many websites use a transparent layer over the main page
and the last I recall, NOF does not allow this. Is there a way to do this?

You're probably talking about a modal window. You have to use an add-on
for that. I used Floatbox to put up the avi videos on our website. It
took some doing to work out the code to insert into NOF, but the
    solution has worked well.

Modal windows are usually semi-transparent. Having a modal window run
every time someone accesses your home page could turn off a number of
visitors. For that matter, having to go past a video to get to your site
will also turn off visitors. Since you're using flash, you might find it
preferable to simply embed the video on the page using the Flash plugin.

Tried this, video SWF file is seen on webpage builder but it's not previewing or publishing.
