Transferring data to another computer

I apologize up front for not using proper terms and I am pretty new to all of this so please be patient. I am currently using Netobjects to create a few websites and really like it so far. I am getting ready to get a new computer and I will have to download the software on this new computer and then I don't want to lose the work I have done. What do I do to tranfer the work previously done to this new computer?

Second question, related to the first. Can I edit and publish the same site on two different computers? For example, can I use my laptop while on the road and then when I get home, use my PC to edit and publish?
