Freelance Web Designer Needed Who Uses NOF XII

We have done the initial design work for our website. We have hit stumbling blocks with overall design elements as well as integrating the calendar, blogging, RSS feeds, social media and other technical/design issues. We are a small organization with not a lot of time to devote to learning NOF nor do we have the design expertise to executive a professional and dynamic site. We would like to hire someone with a background using NOF to do a redesign incorporating the above mentioned items. Our attempts thus far trying to find someone has not been successful. We are finding that most designers have their own CMS they prefer to use.

We are located in Horsham, PA and prefer to work with someone in the Bucks County / Philadelphia, PA area. We aren't sure that working remotely on this project is feasible at this time.
