Thread: Drop Down Menu - how to?

Default Drop Down Menu - how to?

I'm trying to make some drop-down menus and for the life of me I can't see how to do it without using the navigation tool.

Is there any way I can do this in the system? There is nothing about it in the help files.

What I am trying to do is eliminate the navigation button / bar altogether and use separate drop-down menus for the various areas and pages of the site.

So where will these menus come from?

You can design your own menu buttons and add them to the site style.

You can use something else, like Likno Menu maker.

But why would you expect NoF to provide a navigation tool that's not the navigation tool?

Because drop-down lists can be used for many different things besides menus, that's why.

Then why don't you make clear what it is you want to achieve?

I think he/she's talking about a forms combo box. If so, just draw a layout region, designate it as a form and then place the combo box in the layout region and set the parameters in the properties box.
