Use of background image in CSS style sheet

Rwo part question as I am not very familiar with the stle sheet/CSS

1. Can I use the stylesheet to use a digital photo as background?
2. If so, where is it on the stlye sheet?

Sure.

• Go to Style View for your site.
• Scroll down to the bottom and you'll see a section called "Page Background".
• Click on the area below this to select it.
• On the right-hand side you'll see the Page Background Properties panel. Here you can set a background colour and a background image.
• Click on the [...] button beside Image and navigate to your photo and select it.

Done.
