upgraded Java JDK and now NOF says JDK not installed

Hello,

I have the external java set in options for NOF.

I did the update of Jave suggested and since then NOF is saying the JDK not installed.
I can set it to the one bundled with NOF and there are no complaints.

It seems that I have more than one java installed in programs and Features.


I have been using external Java for ever and do not really want to switch to the one that is bundled.

Windows 7 64 bit
NOF with updates installed
the Java runtime that was installed was 64bit

Any ideas?
