ID:	1241I have designed a Fusion 8 site which is published on the web. I am trying to get my client who will take over control of the site for updates and when they click File new site from exisiting website they get an empty site other than the nav bar and Netobjects fusionlogo in the footer. I have attached a screen shot of the results of the mport/new site.

Are my hosts ftp credentials need to get this done?

    thanks

This function doesn´t work. It never really did...

You have to make a template of the site and hand it over to your customer.
With this template he can create an NewSite > from Template.
