Lightbulb Export Template: Please Keep Assets Directory Structure

Normally I like to build the site then sell a service package along with it. But sometimes the changes the customer needs are too frequent and they need what a CMS site offers in that respect. I'm learning such a system but not confident to support it just yet, so next best thing:

I build a site that I hand off to my customer (Sure wish I could have received some sort of reseller commission). This works okay because I can offer support through Windows Remote Assist.

BUT this is a problem: I build the site with custom graphics and documents I neatly organize into respective folders. Exporting the site into a template for the handoff erases all that file and directory organization and the customer is all perturbed about the reorganization and repathing of everything.

Please Keep the Assets Directory Structure.

    Thanks for the suggestion.

Would it be acceptable to have a new mode where added assets are always copied to the site's Assets folder and referenced there?
