overlay external picture

Hello,
I am totally new to NOF and want to include an external picture (if possible as an relative path.)
Since this picture gets dynamicly updated, I cannot include it into the NOF project.
Also, the picture has to be overlayed oder another picture in the backgroud.
Any ideas how to solve this 2 problems?

You can set a picture as a background image, either as a page background or a table cell background. Which one you use would depend on how you want it to look.

You can use the Fusion picture loader component to reference an online image that is not part of your Fusion project.
