Only if you backed up your .NOD file or a template .ZIP file to your website.

You can use a program like HT-Track to download the HTML content and images to help you re-build your site in NOF.

What is the URL of the web site?

If it is a small (under 30 pages) it would be faster to start all over again and copy/paste content into a new site project.

I've used the free Filezilla ftp app to do that. It will download
your entire site into the same structure as it was on the 'net.
You will however have to do some assets and probably Master
    Borders Repairs.

You should get used to Export as Template for your backups. That
way everything needed for the site recreation lives in that
single .zip file - usually there's nothing to do but be certain
to have it unzip to your User Sites folder. These templates are
intended for just that purpose and also to move a complete
website from one computer to another that has NOF already
    installed on it.
Check the Help for more details and I'm pretty sure Gotfusion
has some tutorials on the process too. His tuts are often good
    resources.
