Chrome/ Skype file error?

Hello, I have been using NetObjects Fusion since 5, but have had a problem upgrading from 11 to 12. I found that instead of taking less than an hour to publish it increased to up to a day. I have followed the advice about re-optimising with no change. I have been advised by support that it maybe due to the errors that come up, over the years, changing computers etc had gone up to 93 but with 1,400 plus pages and as all files put up I had not gone through them. This I have now done but have been left with the following, I have not been able to find them or why my site says it needs them. Please can anyone help, before I attempt to go back to 12. Tried downloading Crome and Skype with no luck. Thank you Ian

Yes, this is a common error caused by skype's click to call plugin. Couple of years ago I spent weeks with NoF support trying to figure this one out. Disable the plug in in IE and in Skype preferences. Then go to your assets view, find the files and deleted them. Then go to Assets and click Verify All Assets. Then export as a template not including unused assets. Then open site from template and you should be good to go.

Thank you for your advice and am sorry that you had to spend so much time on it in the past. I have been trying it over the last couple of days. I found the 2 places to disable the plug in. In Assets I do 'Verify All Assets' and it shows all Assets verified and the 3 items have gone from the list. I exported a template then opened from the template and local publish site, but the 3 items are still showed as missing. I also tried re-optimising, but this gets to 86% then stops the computer and when closed the site is deleted. I have tried this at least 3 times and wonder if this part of the same problem. I underrstand the file asset s haveto be sorted out before I go back to 12 as it slows down the publishing a lot. Please could you advise if there is anything else that I could try. Thank you Ian
