We had a tutorial for flexible tables already ages ago, it was for version NOF8...

But what @franko is talking about is something totally different.
He´s talking about Fluid Grid Layout.
We had a thread not long ago, where Ray posted a good example.

And if you follow the link I posted underneath, you´ll see how it´s realized with DW.
For all sizes, from mobile, tablets to desktop pc.....

Like Ray said, this is actually a complete different subject.
His proposition was just a possibility to lock the layout......

My apologies, Ray. Guess my head is so full of trying to understand RWD stuff atm it didn't occur to me that you were talking about the NoF interface .

Mike: I know we can set tables in % widths, and we can also spec type in ems. The problem is that we can't set a page to a percentage of a browser width, neither can we easily resize type, images and other elements according to the device window size. These things are precisely what responsive web design is all about. My feeling is that it will be very difficult for program vendors to recode their programs to incorporate this sort of functionality and that we're going to be back to hand coding if we want our sites to be optimally viewed on any device.

    Interesting times ahead

the 'horizontal shift' between pages BUG
has driven me CRAZY for 15 years with NOF
can NOT be hard to LOCK in a page width for ALL pages in a site !
(else - why ask on each page how wide you want ! ??????
