The Border EXPANDS to Two Parallel Table Cells..... The first Cell is Identical to the Pre addition of the text Box.... The Second Cell Contains the Text Box..... How can I remedy this?????

You might want to add some top padding to move the content "box" to move it down from the top of the browser screen so that it looks like it is floating instead of being stuck to the top of the browser window as in my example

This can be done as easily as adding a couple of line breaks in the cell of the table code you inserted

or by adding a spacer gif (clearpixel.gif) with the vertical set to the space you want. Start with 20 and work up or down until you get what looks good to you.

Use autoclose flyout in your flyout menus otherwise the flyouts stay where they are when you resize the browser window. Also set your background color to white - the original background is repeating horizontally once you enlarge past the layout region.
