CSS Panel - Clipped text

Is anyone else seeing clipped labels in the CSS Property Panels?

When I first open the panel, the text is quite large and bold. If I toggle between different panels, the text adjusts itself, but is still clipped.

I don't use ZOOM, either in NOF or my browser. It looks a bit like the problems with text degrading in IE when using MLRs. Could it be because I'm using IE8? Does NOF use IE rendering engine for the workspace?

If I go to application options and switch my preview browser from IE to Firefox (or back), the CSS panel text goes back to Bold and clipped.

Noticed the same thing.
When you change the preview browser the text in the panel becomes large and bold and cut off, especially on the background tab.

If you click through the panels it becomes small again, like in your second screenshot.
Tested with IE10 and FF 20

We've submitted this issue, and are tracking a fix.

In the interim, have you tried changing the panel font size?
Tools > Options > Application > User Interface > Property panel font

It's set to " Small".

Mine was set to "small" as well. I changed it to "default", and everything looks as it used to.

BTW, changing this to LARGE makes everything that much worse.

Changing to "default" solves the problem so far that the caption is displayed properly.
Only changing the preview browser comes up with bold letters again, you have to click through the tabs to go back to normal.
