Cant get internet connection, any ideas?

Hello, Iv loaded Fusion 13 onto my XP computer now and it seems to run much smoother but I noticed that Fusion has no internet connection, on the first page I should be able to download templates and fonts, but these are not functioning and no web view (top left icon) also
Now I know that this is not the fault of Fusion 13, its something that I am not doing right, any suggestions anybody??

Have you tested your internet connection? Do your other internet programs connect ok?

Thanks for the reply, but I have got 2013 working ok on my windows 7 computer now, by disabling the "tablet pc ink and pen input" so I will not need to rum 2013 on my XP pc now,thanks again for the reply Franco

Check your router or contact with your internet provider and fix this issue, Because when i also had similar issue with internet and I am unable to open this YO WhatsApp I also contact with my internet provide's and they solved my issue.
