Trouble Downloading Fusion 2013

Hi I purchased fusion 2013 upgrade last week and when I tried to download by clicking on the download button nothing happened. I also paid for the extended download, this did not help either. I now get the message on my account that I have no downloads pending. Has anyone else had problems downloading 2013?

I have sent a support request for help without any reply, rather p.....off as started with Netobjects fusion 7 many years ago.

You need to contact Neto directly for issues with purchases etc

Also check your email spam folder as you may find their reply in there. Add Netobjects.com to your mail server white list to avoid filtering out help and support from them
