Default No shipped s/n with online upgrade

So I purchased finally purchased my NOF 11 online upgrade.
Now the trick seems to be getting the sucker to install.
The installer program demands the serial number that "shipped with the
product," but there was no product shipped, thus no serial number.
None of my previous serial numbers, versions 4-10, work.
No telephone tech support til Monday morning.

    Can anyone help me?

Have you checked the emails sent when you placed the order. They usually
    have the Srial number included.

Alternatively just visite the Net Objects Fusion website and go to the
    shopping
cart and log into 'my account'.
    https://shops.netobjects.com/cgi-bin/pages/login

You should then see all your past orders of Fusion versions and open a .pdf
file with the order and serial number for each product.

Does that help at all? I hope it does.

    Good luck.
    Peter

Someone else had the same problem recently, see the posting "How long does
it take to receive an answer from tech support?".
In my case, I had a new serial number sent to me in the confirmation email
    from netobjects/asknet.com.

Peter, thank you. The s/n was emailed to me, but it went into my spam
    folder.

This morning I got an email from tech support suggesting that might be the
case. I submitted a ticket support request just before I made my original
plea for help here, so kudos to NOF ticket tech support, my (stupid) problem
solved in less than one working day. Too bad I didn't read the thread, How
Long Does it Take," before posting my message; it would have solved my
problem. I did search the group subjects for something that might be
helpful, but nothing showed up. It would be nice if people would post a
subject related to the discussion they are starting. Just sayin...

Because my problem is solved, I had no need to phone the toll-free tech
support number, but I had to do that maybe two years ago when I got a new
system and my s/n wouldn't work. At that time, a competent and patient
gentleman walked me through the process and all was well. For the record, I
have no complaints about NOF support.

I feel like a complete idiot, but I can't wait to test drive 11!
