I can't read your source because you have enabled maximum html compression, I suggest not to use it and use at least 1 space

also, apply the update1 to Nof 2013

also, does the site work correctly if you do a full local publish? it looks almost like not everything belonging to the site has been uploaded

I didn't work also with local publish, bot the 'autoclose flyout' of Franko works fine.

I didn't bnow there was already an update1 for NOF 2013.
Where can I find it, because I don't see it in the download page.
