Please don't take this the wrong way, but NOF 11 came out in 2008.
In 2008 Windows XP was the dominant operating system, and Windows Vista had just come out. Wall-E was charming everyone at the theater and The Hurt Locker was on it's way to an unprecedented Oscar Win. Barack Obama was making an historic run for the Whitehouse.
This is a lifetime ago in computer terms. If you're going to run a program designed on XP and IE7, you need to maintain a system running XP and IE7.
Sure, it'd be nice to have ongoing fixes and updates, but realistically, NOF 12 has already been retired, and I can guarantee that further updates will not be forthcoming for NOF11 or NOF 12.
Hi Ray,
I partly agree but it's easy for Netobjects, they fix some problems, give it a different look, name and some extra functions and sell it as new instead of repair the problem.
The know how to fix it because I downloaded version 12 ( it's in German and I don't speak German at all, only to test it if it worked with IE 10 ) and
this version worked very well. After that I un-instlled it again.
In short, I think it's not very friendly for the customers.
To add to ray's comments -
I still have a copy of Word Perfect for DOS 3.3. Do you think that should be upgraded to run on Win8?
What you are asking is as unrealistic as expecting your car manufacturer to swap your petrol engine for a battery one.
Stick with the outdated IE, or upgrade to NoF 13, the choice is yours.
And please don't keep posting the same thing in different threads. I've already answered this elsewhere and frankly, I'm getting bored with it.Stick with the outdated IE, or upgrade to NoF 13, the choice is yours.
