My site is ok until I embed link to my youtube video. In publish mode as soon as I click on the page that contains link it freezes and comes up with Internet Explorer has stopped. If I remove youtube link I can open page. Help Help.

Most likely either the YouTube link you pasted is malformed or there is a problem with the browser. Try viewing the page in different browsers and on different computers. Also... perhaps the YouTube code isn't inserted correctly onto the page. How did you insert it? Can you provide a link to your page?
I noticed that also a few days ago.
Both the old embed code and the new iframe code lock IE up.
If you walk away it will eventually unlock. The page code gets generated and it works but something is not right during local publish when it tries to display the page that has the code on it.
I was working in Essentials for a customer when I noticed it so it is more than likely a youtube code issue.

the same happens when inserting the google translate code, IE will hang for 20 seconds after clicking local publish, and then the translate tool shows and the page responds normal
I think a recent windows update broke IE

LBA,
This is my link http://youtu.be/xdVp4EO7soU
I am pasting the embedded link into text box.
If you can give a go that will maybe narrow down the answer.
Thanks,
Lakes
Do you have a link to the published NOF page? If you don't want people to see it, just make a free-standing test page that nobody would find.
yes, the embed code freezes IE, it also fails to display the movie in local publish in firefox and chrome
once a remote publish is done, it works right away in all browsers
however, not being able to do a local publish to preview the site is a disaster
luckily I host all my own videos and don't need youtube

I found the problem
all youtube embed code is faulty, it is missing the http: in front of the //
manually add the http:

Hi,
it only fails on local publishing without the http:

If you right click on the video you are going to get the correct code anyway (copy embed code)
