Solved the JDK Not Installed message!!
NOF13 requires the exact version of Java v1.760-b19 32bit
I uninstalled JAVA - everything Java and installed the specific version JAVA Runtime V1.7 build 60-b19 32bit - you dont need the full JDK
    Here's the link:

If you find after installing all your JAVA installs that you cannot install the latest Java due to an error, then I followed this old post and it worked:
    http://www.windowsbbs.com/other-pc-s...-see-here.html
I also ran JavaRA as they suggested there and although it did some cleanup, it was not enough to allow the install of Java v1.7-60

Have the same problem: NOF 2013 v/opgr. 5 installed on Windows 10.
NOF is running using 30-40 % CPU but nothing opens up. I'm using Bitdefender, but the 'fix' described by 'drmax' sounds a little too complex.
Are there really no official fix from netobjects.com to this problem ?

Solution: Uninstall NOF - Run CCleaner (paid version) - restart PC - run CCleaner - restart PC - install NOF 13 and upgrade #5. Now it works fine.

Issue resolved. I also checked that bin directory of java is placed in win PATH environments variable.

I've cleaned the registry and reset IE to default settings.
