Browser display problems

I have a problem after publish. Once published and I run through my navigation buttons the background, or entire placement of the page moves about 10 pixels to the right on some pages. All pages have the same settings (0x 0y, center to browser checked with nothing hanging out to the side. While not a big deal to some it annoys the tar out me. I have built quite a few sites with both 8 and 12 and this is the first time this has occurred and it happens with all browsers. Any thoughts?

Is it the scroll bar appearing on some pages and not others?

Just guessing since there is no URL provided and nothing to look at...
