Default Getty Images has filed a copyrigh claim on image that was on Netobjects 11 Template

I bought Netobjects 11 and created a website with a template that came with Netobjects 11. I had forgotten about it until Getty Images filed a copyright claim against me for the image that was embedded into the template that came with Netobjects 11. Can someone please tell me how I can fight this since the image came with Netobjects. The image in question is below. Thank you in advance.

Tell them to piss off. Or ignore them. I do.

Can they prove you did not pay for the image? No.

they are on a fishing expedition and using bullying tactics to scare small operators in to handing over $$.

Ask them to prove their claim that a) they own the copyright, b) you are in breach of that copyright and c) tell them to fuck themselves.

    that's my best advice.

May be dangerous advice. I had a similar problem with them and responded
to their claim with an explanation how I got the image. They never came
    back.
Just tell them what you told us here. They'll leave you alone. I did hear
of cases where they sued. That would depend on where you are (the US is
worst) and whether they think they can make enough off you to pay for the
    lawsuit.
