    Hi,

    1FugleyKiwi smooth scrolling is when a web page scrolls smoothly between point of navigation (anchors) instead of instantly taking the viewer there. SS makes it more pleasant for the viewer and orients them to where they are on a long page.

    Tommy! Thanks for the link. It looks like that script only scrolls you back to the top. I need one that scrolls between anchor points. Can it do that? I did read the page and it isn't clear to me.

    I have used 2 scripts on this test page years ago and I do not know right now where I have found that "smoothscroll.js" I have used for the "down-effect"

    "Smooth scrolling" can be taken to mean different things but it sounds like you mean smooth scroll to HTML anchors. I've used this in the past and it works very well... http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamici...markscroll.htm
