    Default Download Link for v13 doesn't work

    I've been away from Fusion since v10 & v11. Got an Upgrade Promotion so I bit back in December and paid my money and got an e-mail for my purchase and a Serial Number. I wanted to wait on the download since I was changing computers so this morning I log in with my credentials and I get a message that there is "nothing" to download.... what gives?

    Can anyone tell me where I can download a copy of v13. I have a Serial Number so all I need is the executable. I did post a Ticket in support but nothing yet and if their support is anything like it was in the old days I suspect I'll have to wait quite awhile.

    Any advice/help would be appreciated.

    You will need to contact the distribution network and tell them you did not download the file when you purchased it.

    Thanks for taking the time Mike.... you helped me many years ago when I first got involved with Fusion (v8).

    Any idea if you know how long it takes them to respond to a ticket these days? I was able to log in and see my purchase receipt but there isn't any download link or at least it's not active now (purchased in Dec). There's nothing on my receipt e-mail that states I have a limited amount of time to download the software so I thought when I got my new computer I could just log in and download. It's only been a month and a half.
