NOF11 won't open

I'm using NOF11 on a Win7 machine. No problems until suddenly i can't open the program either via a shortcut or directly from the exe file. There is no response at all. Must I reload the whole program? What will it do to my website?
I do have the latest templates, optimized, etc.

As you can't open the program you can't export as a template. Copy the entire folder for your web site (by default in My Documents ->Netobjects 2013->User Sites to a safe location. Then reinstall the program if necessary and update. I don't keep my sites in the default User Sites location so I can install without endangering them but if they are in there and you install you could overwrite them (not sure, never tried, but it's likely).
