Default Creating a site map for Search engines

I have tried to follow NO12 instructions below on creating a site map

Follow these steps to activate this option:
    1) Open the site in Publish View.
    2) Click on the Publish button. The "Publish Site" dialog appears.
    4) Click the Advanced Options button on the "Save location" section. The "Publish Settings" dialog appears.
    4) Type in the Live URL in the Live URL field.
    Note: This step is compulsory.
    5) Check the Create a Site Map for Search Engines option on the bottom of the dialog.
Now, you can publish your site.

All is fine until I get to step 5. For the life of me I can find no trace of a check box to allow me to make my site map visible.

I have used 121 hosting service to get it onto Google, but would welcome any help please (I am still learning so step by step gratefully received) on how to get onto other Search Engines

    Many thanks
    Nick

    Forget NoF's site mapper.

Use http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/ and follow the instructions.

    Hi Nick

Not sure if I understand you right, but Point action in point 5 is carried out by clicking on TOOLS, OPTIONS, CURRENT SITE, then click on the Site Traffic tab.

Under the Site Traffic Tab you will find the Publish Site map for search engines box. As I understand it if this box is ticked and you fill in the Live URL on the Publish Site tab NOF copies a Sitemap.xml to the domain when you publish.

    Regards
    Warren
