Janice,

I don't have a specific answer to your question. I have asked the "Why
do things shift" question for years and nobody can address it
specifically. It is strictly a NOF issue and I have been battling it on
and off for many years since I have used this since ver.1

What to do: Try creating a small layout region and put the ad into the
layout region, sized for the area in which you are placing your ad. This
has worked for me on about 80-90% of the occasions it has occurred.
Sometimes creating a layout region for the entire side will help. Often,
if the small layout region doesn't fix the problem, if you expand the
layout region to include all the items, in your case it would be the
entire right side of that page, it will then alleviate the problem.

John, I don't know specifically what your issue may be, but one thing
you could check for your site, being new and all, is the background
image offset. I find this option in the
HTML Options dialog box, whcih can be found by going to:
Tools > Options > Current Site,
Click on the HTML Options button at the bottom left.
Just a thought.
