    Default Picture Rollover tool

I'm trying to create a picture rollover. I found what the icon should look
like, using the userguide for NOF11. But I can't for the life of me find it
    in the application. Any hints?

This is a quote from the userguide:

"In Page view, select the Picture Rollover tool from the NOF Standard
    Components toolbox."

But I can't find any Picture Rollover tool in the Standard Components
    toolbox..

Would the fact that it's an upgrade, versus a new install, be the problem?

It is on the side bar (unless you have customized and placed it somewhere
    else).

Make sure standard tools is enabled

    (see both screen shots)
