I'm in a panic. Our web site was running slow so I re-optimized. When optimizing was 100% it closed the site and NetObjects 12 crashed. I went to reload and the web site is gone. Help???? I've been using Net Objects since 1993 and this is a first.

You can open the site directly in file explorer. ...\Documents\NetObjects Fusion 12.0\User Sites\
Open the folder of the site then double click the .nod file to open it in Fusion.
Yes. And, when loaded, it is only one page out of an original 188.
Do you have a recent backup? Have you exported a template recently?
If the latter then start a new site from the template. If the former then copy your existing site to a new location, then copy the backup .nod file to the original location and rename it as per the original .nod name. Then see if you can open it.
Are all the assets in place? If so, at least you can re-create the site from the original assets. finally, as a last resort and if nothing else works, copy all the assets files back from your web server to your PC and then use them to rebuild the site.
While rebuilding make sure your backups are set correctly and, when you finish any major work, export a template. I do this after all changes to the site; that way if the .nod file gets corrupted (which happens) I can import the site from the template.
Franko, We always have back ups. Hard lessons learned from the past. Got everything corrected, re-saved, cleaned assests, re-optimized, saved as templates, and installed NOF 13. Now that we re-published I noted that on pages where I created a layout regions and added html to connect with our vendor's catalogs, that they do not publish or appear on the web page. Only a blank spot. Any ideas? Here's a sample html that I've added to one of the layout regions:
<a href="javascript://" onclick="javascript:window.open('http://www.ekenamillwork.com/catalogs/templates/liquid-green/CATALOG-PL/index.php?&company_name=Westfire+Manufacturing%2C+ Inc.&phone=%28800%29+692-6996&website=www.westfiremfg.com','blank','toolbar =no,height=775,width=924,left=25,top=25')"><img src="http://www.ekenamillwork.com/banners/catalog/125x125.jpg" border="0" title="View our online catalog."></a>
These worked fine in the past. Not now.
This should sort you out if you have another re-optimize crash
