Default Power failure left .nod file open

Hi all. I have just had a power failure and when I restarted netfusion 10 says my .nod user file is still open. It also says exit and will try to recover. This does not seem to have worked. Any suggestions?
I have a windows 7 backup, just in case, but would rather not use it. If I did, would I have to recover ALL files and folders or only certain ones?

Your assistance would be appreciated. I have months of work invested in the website.

    Get a power back-up unit.

For NOF beginners: read everything here and practice on mock web sites first.
