OK, restarted PC, uninstalled and reinstalled NOF. Same issue. One question, I still have NOF 12 installed. That shouldn't be causing a problem, right??

It shouldn't cause a problem. I have versions 8, 10, 11, 12 and 13 all running on the same machine without any major problem.

I think someone from Nof Tech Support should remote login to your PC, there is something strange going on, I am surprised Support have not replied here, because I am sure they would know all the posssible causes of a dead online view
btw, do you have any other PC you could install it on for testing?
