Creating a contact form with Forms Handler

I would personally not use any of the included form tools

I would just add all the form fields and submit button with Nof and use a free third party script to process, works correct 100% with http://www.dbmasters.net/node/18 form mailer

this way you can see and test your form from a simple local publish (providing you uploaded the script)

I do not need this as of yet but you never know when that time will come. I have used the form stuff in here before but it can be a pain for sure to make it work right.
I take it you recommend this particular product? my question is how do you install this program/script once you add your form fields and the submit button in fusion, this is where I might get confused so I am asking ahead of time. When you have the time if you can explain this in somewhat detail and or show pictures like you do sometimes that would be much appreciated.

FormM@iler comes with full documentation for setup, and is free to use.

basically, you edit the php script so it sends the results to your email as per their instructions, you can also add successs and error urls

add any required names or do the required fields in Nof, then upload the php script to the root where the index.html sits with a ftp software

in the Nof form settings, add the url to that script in the action field and name the submit button as required

add hidden field: config with value 0

no need to use captcha until you are familiar with the rest
