Databse connector in NOF 12

Does NOF 12 or 13 have the same database tools that come with NOF 11?

It seems to have database tools that are somewhat lacking. No conditional elements (like If, ElseIF) and no ability to display a URL the same way NOF 11 can display both a URL field as an actual URL using another database field as it's text. NOF 11 has similar tools but they are supplemented.

I didn't have much time to play with NOF 12 or 13 but the database tools are somewhat disappointing.

I did notice that versions 12 and 13 can't import a version 11 website that includes database applications. Thing like connectors, iterators and such are imported as graphics. Even the database structure is lost.
