    Hi Mike

I have followed the tutorial to a tee, but my new links keep coming up with
    original site-style (NOF11)

    Must be missing something obvious.

    John

    Hi Mike,

Just copped on that the original link-style continues to show in NOF Page
view - but that when I publish the page, it shows the new link-style.

    Its at http://www.gra.cc/conference_2007.shtml
    - last 3 links at bottom of page are the "newjh" style.
(please don't comment on all the crap in Source view - I'll never understand
what's going on there, everything seems to work!)

One thing I can't figure - in the new link-style I can't seem to make it
remove the "underline" - maybe this is not possible, I can do this manually
of course for each link in Format.

    Thanks again.

You have so much inline html formatting that I doubt that much of your css
    will work.

Start by deleting all of your inline formatting and stick with CSS.

Your pseudo class link is correct and working. You are just over riding
everything with your inline html formatting
