When I start fusion 2013 , there is a screen which says buy Template pack 4, I click on it takes me to the 2015 upgrade page.
Where can I get more info on the pack 4, and can it be imported to the other 13 on the fusion 2013 start screen?

Quickest way would be to open a support ticket and see if you can purchase one through there as they seem to have removed the template packages from the new web site that just went online

Templates vol 4 may be purchased here: https://shops.netobjects.com/cgi-bin...OF2013-TMP4-EN
However all the Templates in v4 are included in NOF2015.
