Some questions about NOF 2015

Hi!

1. I have NOF 2011. Can I UPGRADE to NOF 2015 or do I have to pay the full price? The Purchase page does not have this information.

2. The Purchase page does not offer a PAYPAL payment option. I don't want to spread my credit card data across the whole world. How can I pay with Paypal?

3. The Purchase page does not offer a VAT exemption option. How can I enter my VAT ID?

4. In NOF 2015, is it possible to create custom (persistent) web snippets or are there only pre-configured web-snippets?

5. Are the web-snippets rendered in the design view or do I have to publish the page/site to see them?

6. I assume that NOF 2015 does not have a built-in web server to see the output of PHP scripts in a preview. But is it possible to publish or preview the page/site in a local web-space like e.g. XAMPP?

7. What about Responsive Design? Does NOF 2015 have a possibility to adapt a website on mobile devices with smaller screen?

I was planning to purchase NOF 2015. Now that I see how potential customers are treated here I will refrain from the purchase.

Nothing has been deleted from what I can see and I am an admin on here so I see ALL posts, live AND deleted ones.

Your first post was questions that only NetO can answer.

This is a user to user support forum and the only thing you will get on here when you ask Corporate type questions ( how much, how to pay, etc) is wild guesses or nothing.

If you need monetary/purchase questions answered you need to ask those type of questions from NetO

Human mind is a nest for all sorts of mysteries.
Even an chief admin can make what you perceive as a mistake.

Best thing is for you to start a new thread with smart questions in a joyful manner.

Before you ask your questions, did you read the available information on NOF v2015 where you may find out that your questions have been answered already?

I am a former fulltime web master (1997 - 2000) and I cried and cursed very badly many, maaaaany times but then I always realized it was me the one who was wrong, not the software with which I was earning a bread ...

Come on gotFusion, even Barbara said that she read my questions in the thread. The thread was still there in the thread list, however the text has been deleted and it was not possible to edit it.
