Thread: Web-snippets rendered at design-time?

    Default Web-snippets rendered at design-time?

Ok, here I post my second question as suggested by Barbara:

Are the web-snippets (and possibly custom web-snippets) rendered (i.e. their output visible) in the NOF2015 design view or do I have to publish the page/site to see them rendered?

The purpose of Snippets is to allow you to see the content in real-time in Design View. It works well with things like Google Maps and You Tube embeds. If it relies on some server-side processing, it may not work.

Thanks, Ray. What I'm dreaming about and hoping to achieve: Inserting a custom HTML snippet (containing just HTML or a JavaScript) and have it rendered in the design view.
