Where are the "Website Design Templates

Hello,

Can anyone tell me where the "website design templates" are that came as a free add-on named "NetObjects Templates - Vol. 4" to NOF 2013? I thought these were included in NOF 2015. Can't seem to install "vol. 4" in 2015.

if your theme allow you these Templates then of course these are absolutely free of cost to use otherwise I think you have to purchase it.
