POpup Window for 3 seconds

Can i make e popup wondow that disappaers in 3 or more seconds (on the
opening of the Home page)
I lake to make promotion for the sauna. (3h for the price of 2h annoncement)

There are java scripts that will do this.....however it's not worth the
effort since most browsers will block it.

I think i wil do it with "Floting menu botton" You click on it and you have
the annoncement in e new window.

Strange : In Mozilla it pops up in e windows (like i wish)
In IE the whole screen (!)
