I would just like some advice on how to link a pdf file download inside an MLR accordion?

I have just redesigned a website for a client and he has various product catalogues under different sections. After I uploaded everything it makes the page look like you have to scroll down to forever. Then he asked me if I can put it in collapsible accordion style boxes?

I have never setup an accordion on a website before, but I have figured out most of it. My only question is how to upload/link PDF files inside it? And also the links have to open in New Tabs...

Any advice or even css coding examples would be very helpful.
