    Default Mals

I've been using Mals within my NetObjects shopping cart for many years now.
I know I need to upgrade and move one, but I haven't done so. In the
meantime, is there anyway, to change the button placement, so that the buy
button appears on topor together with the product name and not on the
bottom of the page. Also, is there a way to keep my site address instead of
"aitsafe.com". I've been told that customers do not like to leave a site
    when entering personal information.

    Thanks,
    Barbara

If you are using the Fusion component it is pretty well set in stone as far
as the order things display (you get 4 pre-defined options but no
    customization)

If you need a customized Mals-E cart you need to roll your own which is not
hard. Take a peek at this tutorial:

    http://www.gotfusion.com/tutorials/tut.cfm?itemID=4050

As far as going to aitsave.com. That is the Mals-E cart server. The only
way to NOT go there is to NOT sell anything through Mals-E.

If you use a stand alone cart and processing program you can keep the cart
on your own web domain but this is not going to be as easy as using the
    Fusion component.

    Mike,

Does that mean the host has to offer ColdFusion? Any alternatives if
    that's not possible?

Mal's uses ColdFusion... you can use anything from plain HTML to dynamic
pages using any scripting language on your own web server.

I create shopping frontends for Mal's using PHP scripting and MySQL
    databases.

The tutorial is straight Fusion Form tools.

No dynamic language involved (except for the processing site which is Mals-E
and they do it all for you).

Thanks, I never knew we could do that within this program. I now see that I
can still use NOF and create my store without using their limited cart
component. Regarding the address line, I posted a similar question on the
Mal's forum and I received this response "Once you enter the cart the
address is the cart address, you could have the cart shown within a frame on
your https site though". If I go this route, or keep my old NOB cart, my
next question is how or where do I enter this tag (?) within NOB.

Thanks for your support, I guess that is one of the reasons I haven't
    changed my cart.
